MOOCH Refund Policy
We know life with a baby is unpredictable, and we aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible while also protecting the running of our small business.
Refunds
If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a full refund as long as you contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
After this 48-hour window, all bookings are non-refundable.
We do not offer full or partial refunds for missed classes (including sickness, changes in routine, or lack of childcare), especially on block bookings, as each space is reserved in advance.
Can’t make a class?
If you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled class, we’ll do our best to offer you a make-up session within the same term, subject to availability.
You must email us at info@moochmaternity.com and let us know which alternative class you’d like to attend, so we can try to add you to the list.
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are only available where there is space in another class.
Class cancellations (by us)
If we need to cancel a class (e.g. due to staff illness, venue problems, or unexpected events), you’ll be offered:
A rescheduled session, or
A credit towards another class, or
A refund for that specific session – whichever suits you best.
